    Sign with these at your own risk. No problems were ever resolved within the tenancy period. They ignore all emails and never return phone calls At the time of writing we are STILL waiting for last years deposit to be returned. Excuse after excuse not to pay back, DO NOT USE - total and utter crooks. By the way - I wanted to leave no stars here but that's not an option, you have to put one before it allows you to move on!

    Worse letting Agency ever! Everything they do is practically illegal, such as putting students and workers together in house requiring then a "no sense" Council tax exemption to gain dirty money. Houses are dirty and abandoned, they are lazy in solving problems (such as boiler) and we also found mice in our kitchen. You really have to fight to get back your deposit, they will try to find any excuse to keep it; Going to the student union and presenting all illegal stuff they do is a way to blackmail them. Be careful with Mr. Zaid guys!
