    In September 2014 we bought two identical double pine 'Zahra' beds (£299 each) from Elephant Beds shop in Cardiff. Beds were recently delivered. Whilst one bed was fine, it was evident that the other was kept in damp conditions for a long time - the carton packaging was broken and rotten, with areas of carton turned black as as result of probably kept standing in a puddle for a long, long time. Inside, the packaging had brown outlines of drying dampness; the white penoplast panels separating the bedframe from the outer carton packages were part yellow from water that has been absorbed and dried out. The bedframe itself had a spot where the water had affected it. I have contacted the shop and they straightaway agreed to change the bed - the very next day. I specifically asked for the bed to be checked that there were no issues with the packaging and 'Elephant beds' agreed to do that. Today the bed was exchanged. Having looked at the packaging just now I can see that this bed has the same problems as the previous one. Don't buy this range from the 'Elephant Beds' - it has been kept somewhere wet!
