    I like this shop. They give great service and their knowledge is second to none in Cardiff. John, one of the partners was really helpful to me. I am hovering on the precipice of spending over £4K on a carbon go-faster and need a lot of brown nosing to get me up to, if not over the line. John really knows how to give good service and I am now closer than ever before. As soon as the new model I want appears on their shelf, Sunset will get my business because of their time investment in me.

    First time I’ve ever used them and I recently bought an Orange bike from them, sadly the chain broke on the first outing, it’s happens nothing the shop could of predicted. How ever the customer service was out for his world, emailed a picture whilst I was still out the very next day I got a new chain in the post, apology email and even the tool to fit it! I’ve always felt businesses are built not on sales but after sales, they now have a customer for life in me.
