    I've been a bus driver for over 3 years now with two different bus company's in London and Cardiff Bus in Wales just briefly my time in London was stressful but in gentle was ok, the company's could do things to help but management was reasonable, with Cardiff Bus the company is alright buses are either new or in good condition. When i first started here my first impression was good, divers were willing to help everything seemed ok, you get the moaning from drivers but you get that in most bus depots, as time went on i got the feeling that if you wasn't in with the top people there is a good chases if you do something out of place your going to know about it. I did my job to the best of my ability kept my head low tried not join in with everyone moaning, as time went on will life its self i was stressed and it was effecting my work so i made a point to talk with HR and see if they could help me and to let them know what was going on. A few weeks later i had a meeting with my line manager due to my self having a 3rd accident the manager in question in the pass haven't come across very welcoming he's attitude towards staff, (bus Drivers) me and what i've seen is appalling, from the beginning when i started he has been rude, talks down to you and wont even acknowledge you. In this meeting the mean reason was because i had three different accident in 1 year, on the 3rd i went home sick due to my anxiety coming on and i wasn't in no fit state to drive. We watched a clip of the incident in question and my manager said that "i can't see how anything would have made you go off sick as there is nothing that could have caused you to go home sick or cause you to be stressed. The Next thing what was decussating was that he said to me that if i do one more thing wrong i will be sacked and that i will be watched from now on. The way i was being treated made me love my home, my relationship and put me in debt. I have put a grievance in to the company but the person dealing with it has basically said i was not telling it how it happened so nothing will be down about him. I could have taken it further but i have decided its best if i move on and find another job. i feel that the way i was treated was very unfair and put me in a place that was very comfortable i just hope this dosent happen to anyone else but you are looking at working here i was have a good think very hard before you apply.
