- Anas Al RawiMar, 06 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Misleading and dishonest staff members. I called to reserve a a Volvo v40 and I was told (by John) the car has been advertised for 2 days and still available. I was told the manager is on a call with another customer (8:10 am) and will be calling me back asap. An hour later, I called and spoke to Darren who again confirmed the car is available but might be priced wrongly and he said that he will call me back in 10 minutes. I again called 15 minutes later, spoke to Robert this time and he said the car was reserved few minutes ago!! You don't need to be a genius to figure out what happened there. 45 minute later, Ahmed called to tell me the car is now sold!!
