    The Om Yoga Studio is a beautiful traditional Yoga Studio and I have been attending classes there now for the past five months. I have experienced back pain for many years and spent a lot of money on trying to get it fixed! The Yoga that is taught at the Om Studio is traditional so it's not about twisting your body into pretzel shapes. So for someone like me I found it very accessible. Now after five months of wonderful teaching and guidance my back has improved beyond recognition. The Teachers are amazing and their depth of knowledge, approach and understanding is fantastic. I feel very blessed to have found the Om Studio and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending it as a place of excellence.
